6. Custodial Statement Verification

Clearview Financial, Inc. may have the authority to deduct advisory fees directly from your account held at a qualified custodian (such as Charles Schwab). As part of this billing process, the custodian is notified of the fee amount to be deducted. On at least a quarterly basis, the custodian is required to send you a statement showing all transactions, holdings, and any advisory fees paid.

Because the custodian does not independently verify the accuracy of the fee calculation, it is important for clients to carefully review their custodial statements. We urge our clients to compare the information provided in any reports or invoices from Clearview with the official statements provided by your custodian. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is an error in your billing.
